NEWS 2009 We exhibited at 2009's Affordable Art Fair in Battersea from 22-25 October, accompanied by Jane Skinner, Aliston Trask, Sarah Masters, Cathryn Kemp and Luella Martin. We are delighted to welcome the work of the renowned Celia Allen, a member of the Rye Society of Artists. Sarah Masters' new collection was unveiled at the Preview on 04 September and the exhibition continued until until 19 September. Sarah will also join us at the Affordable Art Fair in October. Eric Masefield has joined the fold and his work can now be viewed on his page. Eric's work is beautifully evocative of childhood innocence, family, friends and happy times. Chrissy Guest's latest collection is now on display in the gallery and on her page on this website and, yet again, Chrissy keeps us on our toes with her palette and style. And as is becoming usual, a couple of pieces haven't quite made it to the gallery and instead adorn our house. We are delighted to welcome Carol Gillan to the Saffron fold, bringing with her her own unique take on our bovine friends and a particularly adoreable chocolate labrador. Carol has been painting animals for over 20 years and brings them to life with more than a touch of humour and affinity. For info - we recently extended the gallery and the new exhibition space officially opened at the Private View for the Kemp/Trask exhibition on 04 July.
